Sarah Lynn
discovered her love of expressing herself at a young age through dance
and making music with her feet. Sarah remembers how her dance teachers
“spoke” the tap steps in perfect “shuffle-hop-step” rhythm. The words
themselves sounded like music to her ears. Now as an adult, through
the rhythmic tap dancing “speak” of her picture book, Tip Tap
Pop, Sarah continues to make music, only of a different sort.
Sarah lives in Camarillo with her husband and sons. As a clinical
social worker, she provides mental health services within the Ventura
County schools. She also has a small private practice in Thousand
Oaks. Sarah writes under her first and middle name. Tip Tap Pop
is her first book.
Sarah still keeps a pair of tap shoes tucked away… just in case. For more information, visit www.sarahlynnbooks.com. |
